Our Web Design Process

1. Initial Consultation

We begin with each website design client by going through an extensive interview with our staff (over the phone or in person). The interview can last several hours (1-2 hours) and is very intense. We get an overview of your company and gain an understanding and appreciation for what your company does, how it's doing, and the challenges you face. We then identity your goals and help define them. After we gain a better understanding of your business and industry, we develop an effective proposal plan and project overview that we use to guide us through the process of developing your website's brand and online marketing strategy.

2. Business Research

We never jump into a web design project for our clients without sufficient research of the industry, your competition, and your history. Some web designers skip this step and your left with nothing more than a pretty website. 3. Conceptualization

We typically deliver a mock-up of the new website 3-5 days after the proposal is signed. After reviewing the design we email to you, we schedule a time a day or two out, where we discuss your thoughts and input. We then take your feedback into account and rework the website mock-up and deliver to you for further review. We repeat this process until you are 100% satisfied.

4. Coding Into Action

A website is nothing without proper coding. We code websites that are XHTML / CSS and W3C validated. When your new website is coded, it becomes a functional being which we test in multiple browsers such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, and Opera. We want to ensure the user experience is the same from one person visiting your website to the next.

5. Content Integration / Launching

When we have your website coded, we then need to integrate textual content/additional imagery/downloads onto the pages.
